To confirm your reservations, an amount equal to a minimum of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's rate, is due within 7 days. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or personal checks.

Required damage deposit will be requested at check-in and any of our payment options may be used.

Should your plans change, be sure to call us within the following guidelines to insure a refund of your deposit

1 night ..................	48 hours
6 nights or less ......	7 days
7 nights or more ....	30 days

Amenities vary among units, however all include: color & cable TV, full kitchen,washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, central heat/air, and private balconies. Some units may also include: fireplace, CD player, jacuzzi, VCR, sun room, and sun deck.

Area attractions to take note of include: Swimming pool nearby; easy beach access; tennis courts; golf course; bike paths; sailing; surfing; jet skiing; deep-sea fishing; horseback riding; shops, galleries and restaurants.

Check-in is at 3 PM or later at the Elizabeth Pointe Lodge, located at 98 South Fletcher Avenue, Amelia Island. Check-out is 11 AM or earlier.
